Our Team, Your Impact
In this role, you will lead and deliver engineering, capital investment (CAPEX), and continuous improvement projects from initiation through handover, ensuring they are completed safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, drive site improvements, and deliver projects that create lasting value for the business while helping shape the future of the site.
Key responsibilities
Lead engineering, CAPEX and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation and close-out.
Develop and manage project charters, schedules, budgets, resource plans and business cases.
Translate business and technical requirements into executable project plans.
Manage scope, cost, quality, schedule and project risks.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, quality and engineering standards.
Support change controls, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
Monitor and report project KPIs, budget performance and risks.
Drive standardization, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective project handover to Operations and Maintenance.
Your Skills and Experience
Do you have?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of engineering project management experience.
Experience managing CAPEX projects in a regulated industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of GMP, EHS and pharmaceutical engineering requirements.
Strong planning, resource management, budget management and risk management skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

PMP, Prince2 or similar project management certification.
Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience.
Experience with CQV, validation and change management processes.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Digitalization, automation or cybersecurity project experience
