Description Overview

As Employee Lifecycle specialist, you will be a key member of the Employee Lifecycle team, part of our People Solutions function, with the mission of supporting the execution of HR services that deliver value to the organisation, while driving efficiency, effectiveness & delivering a superior employee experience.

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to our employees & managers on sensitive & complex employee lifecycle cases as well as being a designated subject matter expert on different HR processes & programs including participating in system & process improvement projects related to HR technology.

Scope of the Role

Manage the resolution of typically Tier 2 (complex) inquiries & support requests raised by Perrigo employees, managers & HR colleagues

Act as a point of escalation for Tier 1 co-ordinators, engaging relevant specialist &/or expert teams when required & further escalating to Regional HR teams, HRBPs or appropriate COEs when justified

Partner with COEs & HRBPs to understand upcoming strategy, policy and program changes and enable within the ELC team

Support & lead on process optimization and project management for processes moving to the ELC team

Participate in subject matter expert groups

HR systems implementations & enhancements: work with country related HR & subject matter experts to understand business needs, partner with HR technology to enable them and co-ordinate process change management

Monitor immigration compliance over the lifecycle of employees in all countries under your domain flagging any upcoming renewals & potential issues & escalating to relevant specialists as appropriate

Advise Tier 1 ELC co-ordinators on HR processes, improvements & best practices

Proactively ensure all Tier 0 (self-service) information & guidance on all our employee lifecycle processes is up to date, relevant & accessible to all stakeholders

Ensure a positive experience for all Employees & People Managers even when processes & situations are challenging ones by maintaining respect for individuals & delivering excellent customer service at all times.  Role model this across the team

Monitor adherence to defined KPIs including SLAs, leveraging leading measures to identify potential issues as early as possible & ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner & in line with People Solutions governance & escalation process

Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders providing them with meaningful & actionable insights that can help improve end to end process performance

Translate trends into action plans

Ensure high quality collaboration with all other People Solutions teams to ensure alignment & consistency of services delivered

Foster a culture of service excellence with your peers, role-modelling this to deliver true best in class services to all

Projects & Continuous Improvement

Proactively lead & contribute to a variety of projects & initiatives which support the employee lifecycle team & the wider People Solutions continuous improvement agenda

Provide guidance & support provision of training to end-users & key stakeholders on Employee Lifecycle processes at Perrigo

Continuously improve ways of working, looking for opportunities to enhance our service offering, streamline & simplify activities, remove or automate lower value adding tasks while always providing excellent customer experience

Other duties as assigned

Experience Required

Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field highly preferred

Minimum of 2 + years experience in HR services delivery environment

Experience with standard operating processes & procedures

Efficient use of MS office & other key business tools (word, excel, PowerPoint

Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors

Excellent interpersonal, collaboration & engagement skills required to work with all levels of business leadership, business users & functional teams

Confidently able to successfully deliver services & have high quality interactions with Business partners & customer groups

Ideally fluent in 2 or more languages (one of them English)

Ability to manage cases, oversee multiple workloads & resolve complex multi-step processes

Experience of working a multi-national, multi-lingual & culturally diverse environment both locally & remotely services

Excellent knowledge of case management practices & systems & the advanced functionality it provides
