RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
1) Cumple con las regulaciones de Calidad para la manufactura y liberación de los Productos y procesos en los que participa, apegado a las regulaciones nacionales e internacionales, los requisitos de autoridades regulatorias de los mercados a los que se exporta, los estándares de industria y las políticas de Calidad del Grupo Merck aplicables a las operaciones a su cargo.
2) Asegura que sus responsabilidades contribuyen a la productividad de la planta, de acuerdo a la entrega de productos en tiempo para cumplir con la demanda de nuestros clientes.
3) Responsable de monitorear los procesos de producción e implementar herramientas de mejora continua con efecto positivo en la eficiencia de los procesos.
4) Dar soporte durante la operación y administración del sistema GAMED.
5) Establecer y mantener actualizados procedimientos, controles internos, instructivos, formatos y planos asociados a GAMED para garantizar un control correcto y seguro sistema computarizado, así como la seguridad de la información.
6) Administrar de forma adecuada el presupuesto de Administración de sistemas asignado al área, por medio de la constante búsqueda de eficiencias en costo a través de proyectos de ahorro y mejora continua, con el fin de garantizar que los gastos se apeguen a los objetivos establecidos en el área.
7) Responsable de mantener actualizada la información de las cuentas de usuarios, listas de usuarios de GAMED, (matrices y privilegios).
8) Asegurar el cumplimiento en la política de Control de Accesos, Administración de contraseñas y seguridad de la información, mediante la asignación correcta de perfiles, roles, derechos y/o privilegios al personal de Merck para efectuar sus procesos asignados en GAMED.
9) Propone, implementa y participa en cambios, evaluaciones, planes de remediación y seguimiento para la Mejora Continua de procesos y la Excelencia Operacional.
10) Participa en programas de Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS) así como cumplimiento de los estándares y regulaciones de EHS que apliquen en sus actividades.
11) Cumple y controla el presupuesto asignado a sus funciones, apegado a las políticas y procedimientos Financieros de Merck; cumpliendo las políticas internas de buen gobierno y ética de negocios que la apliquen
PERFIL DEL OCUPANTE DEL PUESTO ESCOLARIDAD:
Preferente Ingeniería Industrial, Ingenieria en Biotecnología, Químico Farmacobiólogo o afín (Titulado).
EXPERIENCIA: 1 año deseable en el puesto o posición similar.
CONOCIMIENTOS O ÁREAS DE EXPERIENCIA: Experiencia deseable en procesos de industria farmacéutica o cosmética, conocimiento en temas de excelencia operacional, modelos de procesos, metodologías de mejora continua.
CERTIFICACIONES, LICENCIAS O PERMISOS: No aplica
CONOCIMIENTOS DE COMPUTACIÓN: Preferente Office (Excel Avanzado), Power BI y GAMED.
OTRAS CARACTERÍSTICAS DESEABLES EN EL OCUPANTE COMPETENCIAS: Enfoque a resultados, analítica, estratégica, tienes habilidades de trabajo en equipo, liderazgo e innovación.
IDIOMAS: Preferente inglés Intermedio .
