The Position
Como Ecosystem Medical Manager, desempeñarás un papel crucial en la intersección entre la ciencia y las relaciones con el cliente. Esta posición implica responsabilidades que abarcan diversas áreas terapéuticas, con un fuerte énfasis en las interacciones con los clientes. La Oportunidad
Interacción con Clientes: Establecer y mantener robustas relaciones con profesionales de la salud, instituciones médicas, pagadores, formuladores de políticas y otros actores clave, brindando asesoramiento médico y científico de alta calidad.
Educación Médica: Facilitar la educación médica continua para profesionales de la salud a través de seminarios, talleres y presentaciones detalladas sobre nuestros productos y tratamientos.
Investigación y Desarrollo: Colaborar estrechamente en proyectos de investigación clínica y el desarrollo de nuevas terapias, ofreciendo valiosos conocimientos desde una perspectiva médica.
Gestión de Información Médica: Recopilar y analizar datos científicos y clínicos relevantes, asegurando que la información proporcionada a clientes y equipos internos sea precisa y actualizada.
Apoyo Estratégico: Contribuir a la planificación estratégica médica y regulatoria, asegurando el cumplimiento con los requisitos regulatorios y políticas internas.
Apoyo Clave a PJP y HSP: Servir como un recurso fundamental en el apoyo a Pharma Journey Partners (PJP) y Healthcare Solution Partners (HSP), alineando conocimientos médicos con estrategias comerciales para impulsar soluciones de salud holísticas e innovadoras.
Gestión del Ecosistema Provincial: Actuar como un líder cross área terapéutica para el ecosistema provincial, cubriendo las provincias de Salta y Tucumán.
Quién eres
Formación Médica: Título en Medicina, Farmacia, Ciencias de la Vida o campos relacionados. Preferentemente formación en medicina generalista o sanitarista, pero no excluyente.
Experiencia en la Industria: Experiencia previa en roles como Medical Manager, Medical Science Liaison, o posiciones similares dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
Habilidades de Comunicación: Capacidad para transmitir información técnica de manera clara y efectiva a diversas audiencias, incluidos profesionales de la salud, pagadores y formuladores de políticas.
