Für unser Team in München suchen wir ab Anfang 2027 befristete Unterstützung als:
Drug Safety and Complaint Manager (w/m/d) – befristete Elternzeitvertretung
In dieser Rolle bearbeitest Du sicherheitsrelevante Informationen und Produktreklamationen für unsere Produkte in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Du arbeitest eng mit Global Patient Safety, Quality, Medical sowie externen Partnern zusammen und trägst dazu bei, dass Informationen sorgfältig und fristgerecht verarbeitet werden.
Deine Aufgaben
Du nimmst Meldungen zu möglichen unerwünschten Wirkungen und andere sicherheitsrelevante Informationen entgegen, prüfst die Angaben und koordinierst erforderliche Rückfragen.
Du stellst die fristgerechte Weiterleitung von Fallberichten an Global Patient Safety sicher und führst Abgleiche mit internen Teams und Partnern durch.
Du bearbeitest Produktreklamationen gemeinsam mit Herstellern und Quality und unterstützt bei Bedarf Ersatzlieferungen und Rückrufprozesse.
Du beobachtest relevante lokale Informationsquellen und unterstützt die Einhaltung der Pharmakovigilanzvorgaben.
Du wirkst an Schulungen, SOPs, Arbeitsabläufen und der Pflege der erforderlichen Dokumentation mit.
Das bringst Du mit
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder eines verwandten Fachs.
Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Gespür für Fristen und Dokumentation.
Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen sowie eine sichere Kommunikation mit medizinischem Fachpersonal und externen Kontakten.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office.
2 Jahre Erfahrung in Pharmakovigilanz, Drug Safety oder der Bearbeitung von Produktreklamationen ist von Vorteil.
