In der Zelltherapie bewegen wir uns dabei in einem der komplexesten und dynamischsten Felder der modernen Onkologie.

Ihre Rolle

Als Director SMM Cell Therapy (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Durchführung klinischer interventioneller Zelltherapie-Studien in Ihrer Region. Sie führen ein oder mehrere Teams, steuern Budgets und Zeitpläne und stellen die effektive Kontrollkette zwischen Prüfzentren, Herstellung, Apherese und Rückführung in die Patient:innenversorgung sicher – unter Einhaltung lokaler Vorschriften sowie internationaler GCP- und GMP-Richtlinien.

Sie sind Teil des SMM-Führungsteams Cell Therapy und berichten an die EU Head, Site Management & Monitoring, Cell Therapy.

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung & Entwicklung: Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Zelltherapie-Teams, inklusive Coaching, Performance Management und kultureller Prägung.

Studiendurchführung: Verantwortung für Machbarkeitsbewertung, Rekrutierungsprognosen, Studienzeitpläne und Ressourcenallokation auf Länder- und Regionsebene.

Budget & Ressourcen: Steuerung regionaler und nationaler Budgets gemäß RBU-Zielen sowie Sicherstellung angemessener Ressourcen.

Qualität & Compliance: Sicherstellung, dass alle Studienaktivitäten den lokalen sowie internationalen GCP/GMP-Standards entsprechen und Prüfzentren jederzeit inspektionsbereit sind.

Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit TA-Funktionen, Operations, Medical Affairs, globalen klinischen Beratern sowie Technologie- und KI-Teams.

Partner Management: Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Partnerschaften mit CROs, Anbietern und Prüfzentren in der Region.

Risikomanagement: Klare Eskalation und Kommunikation von Risiken für Studienleistung, Rekrutierung und Programmumsetzung an die globale Leitung.

Innovation: Vorbildliche Adaption neuer Technologien, digitaler Strategien und effizienter Prozesse.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Fach (vorzugsweise Life Sciences) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich Clinical Operations, Development Operations oder verwandten Feldern.

Fundierte Kenntnisse klinischer Studienprozesse, Monitoring, internationaler GCP-/GMP-/ICH-Richtlinien sowie relevanter lokaler und globaler Regularien, vorzugsweise in Onkologie bzw. Hämatologie.

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Linienführung, Teamentwicklung und Projektmanagement.

Ausgeprägte kommunikative, verhandlungsstarke und interkulturelle Kompetenz; souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Reisen.

Wünschenswert:

Erfahrung mit CAR-T- bzw. Zelltherapie-Studien.

Erfahrung in Remote-geführten, global aufgestellten Teamstrukturen.

Gutes Verständnis für Studienmedikamenten-Handling und Datenmanagementprozesse.
