About this opportunity

Job title:  Director Global Market Access & Pricing, frexalimab

Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Role

Frexalimab is a potential first-in-class anti-CD40L antibody that could change the course of MS by addressing remaining unmet need. With compelling Phase 2 efficacy data and a comprehensive Phase 3 program underway, including 3 clinical studies for RMS and nrSPMS, the program is at a critical point. MS is expected to be the first indication in a broader multi-indication program spanning immunology and metabolic diseases.

The frexalimab Global Market Access & Pricing director role provides an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible difference in patients' lives by contributing to the pricing and market access strategy across RMS and nrSPMS indications and supporting its end-to-end execution. In a highly competitive MS landscape, frexalimab's ambition to redefine the standard of care demands novel approaches and best-in-class methodologies to unlock its full pricing and access potential in RMS and nrSPMS. Critically, while this role focuses on MS, the strategic choices made now in MS will set the tone and trajectory for potential follow-on indication s, amplifying the long-term impact of this role well beyond the initial launch.

This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong cross-functional partnership with Commercial, Medical, Clinical, Evidence for Access, Global Pricing, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs teams, as well as country teams. Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and Specialty Care neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
