How You’ll Spend Your Day

Teva is looking for a corporate development Director to support the company's strategy and lead business development processes, including acquisitions, divestments, strategic partnerships, and in-licensing and out-licensing of products and technologies.

Lead and analyze business development efforts such as product/portfolio acquisitions and/or in-licensing, partnerships, collaborations and acquisitions or divestments of businesses in the pharma industry.

Manage due diligence processes and lead broad and interdisciplinary teams.

Reviewing and Building complex financial models to evaluate potential acquisition targets and/or in-licensing opportunities.

Leading Negotiations of term-sheets and definitive agreements of business development transactions.

Prepare and be accountable for materials (presentation, reports) presented to  C-level management.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or legal (having an additional life science degree is an advantage)

Master's Degree in Economics or Business Administration (an advantage)

3-5 years of corporate development experience, including leading transactions (investment banking or a business development unit of a large company).

Pharma industry experience is an advantage

Strong analytical & presentation skills

High communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent written and spoken English.
