The Position
Die Möglichkeit
Hast du Lust, einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Professionalisierung unserer Projektabwicklung zu leisten? Bei Roche erfolgt die Projektabwicklung anhand unseres PMF-Prozesses. PMF steht hierbei für Project Management Framework, welches SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Templates und Guidelines für die Abarbeitung und prozesskonforme Projektabwicklung bereit hält.
Um die Roche PM (Project Manager) hierbei zu unterstützen, soll ein auf LLMs basierender “PMF-Assistent” entwickelt und implementiert werden. Dieser verbindet PMF-Vorgaben, Projektinformationen und Erfahrungen früherer Projekte in einem Tool und soll es den PMs ermöglichen, rasch und gezielt auf essentielle Projektinformationen zugreifen zu können.
Wir suchen in der Abteilung Projektabwicklung einen Masterstudenten (m/w/d) für eine Masterarbeit zum Thema “PMF Assistent” am Standort Basel.
Wer du bist
Du absolvierst derzeit ein Masterstudium im Bereich Data Science, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Weiterhin verfügst du über fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vektordatenbanken
Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer gehst du proaktiv auf Schnittstellenpartner zu, um relevante Informationen einzuholen, um das Projekt gemeinsam zum Erfolg zu führen.

Der bevorzugte Start des Praktikums ist von Mitte Januar 2027 bis Mitte März 2027. Bitte gib dein präferiertes Startdatum in deiner Bewerbung an.
