What You Do
Coordinate with customers and the 3PL Sea and Air Import Department.
Assign jobs to the Sea and Air Import Departments upon receipt of the shipping documents.
Check import permits and prepare the required licenses for each shipment.
Update shipment details in the order-tracking system.
Follow up on and monitor shipments to ensure delivery to the designated location within the agreed lead time.
Report delivered cargo to the warehouse.
Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding invoices.
Enter and update shipment details in the monthly report.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good spoken and written English.
Knowledge of chemical products is an advantage.
Positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Eager to learn.
