The Position
We are looking for Candidates to support our Professional Service Team.
Your opportunities:
Correct and efficient handle of service cases
Maintain installed instrument base
Continuous looking for improvements in the service process with Service Excellence Partner cooperation
Data analysis for customers
Participation in an international group to share, develop and support solutions
Supporting new Commercial Operation model (CJT)
Service IDOC monitoring
SAP User Service
Rexis User Service
Our requirements:
University enrollment
Proficient level in Polish and English language, in communication and writing
Good knowledge of Google environment and tools, Excel
Administrative and logistics work experience
Project work experience
Independence and very good organizational skills
