About this opportunity

Your new role

As our new Customer Insight Manager, you will lead the generation of actionable customer insights across HCPs, patients, consumers and pharmacy stakeholders to support obesity strategy and decision-making within Cardiometabolic Marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equal parts analytical and commercial, comfortable in the data, but measured on whether their insight changed a decision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading the customer and ecosystem insights agenda across consumers, patients, HCPs and pharmacy stakeholders, identifying and curating the best local and global sources of customer and market data, from syndicated research and primary studies to digital signals and internal data assets

Generating clear, actionable insights that inform brand strategy, customer engagement and business priorities, including customer need states, usage occasions and customer missions that support decision-making across Customer Marketing, Patient Journey and other functions

Building and refining segmentations for HCPs, pharmacies, patients and consumers based on needs, motivations, barriers and decision drivers, and creating customer and patient journey maps to identify friction points and opportunities

Defining KPIs and tracking frameworks to measure customer understanding, engagement and progress against insight-driven initiatives, and delivering executive-ready presentations that influence planning and execution across functions

Representing local insight needs to above-market and global teams, ensuring global tools, frameworks and research are fit for the local context

Embedding insight across the organisation beyond marketing, into medical, market access and other functions, so the full organisation stays grounded in patient and customer reality

Building the relationships and rhythms that keep insight flowing into planning cycles rather than sitting in reports

Your new department

Within Novo Nordisk Türkiye organization, you will join the Cardiometabolic Marketing team, where insight sits at the core of how we build and execute our obesity strategy. The Customer Insights function is responsible for sourcing the best customer and market intelligence available, turning it into sharp, decision-ready insight and making sure it shapes what the organisation does, inside Marketing and well beyond it. You will work alongside commercially curious colleagues who are passionate about understanding customer behaviour and translating it into better outcomes for patients and the business.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for someone with strong commercial curiosity and analytical rigour, someone who sees beyond the data and understands what it means for customers, patients and business performance. You'll bring with you:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, business, social sciences, data/statistics or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

5–7 years of experience in customer insights, market research, consumer insights or customer analytics, ideally including customer-facing categories (FMCG, consumer health, retail) and/or healthcare, pharma or a regulated industry

Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with familiarity across syndicated data, digital analytics, social listening and customer intelligence tools

Demonstrated experience turning mixed data sources into insight that influenced a real commercial or strategic decision, strong synthesis and storytelling skills, with the ability to move from data to a clear "so what" and a recommendation

Stakeholder influence and credibility with senior and cross-functional audiences, including non-marketing functions, and comfort operating in a matrixed, local–global environment

How this role compares

Computed from every other active Other / Corporate Functions role in our database, not just this employer's listings.

We don't have enough classified peer data for this role yet, so there's no comparison to show. This happens when a posting's title/category doesn't match any taxonomy rule -- it's excluded rather than compared against the wrong peer group.
