Role Purpose

We are looking for a Customer Engagement Lead to drive growth across Bayer's Radiology portfolio in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals, radiology experts, and cross-functional teams to develop customer-focused strategies, support scientific engagement, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. You will play a key role in translating clinical insights into innovative solutions that improve customer experience and portfolio performance.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies across the Radiology business.

Engage with radiologists, radiographers, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies.

Lead product launches and portfolio adoption initiatives.

Create scientific and marketing content to support customer engagement.

Deliver training, education programs, and customer presentations.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.

Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Clinical Application teams to achieve business objectives.

Support scientific meetings, congresses, workshops, and educational events.

Utilize customer insights and data to continuously improve engagement effectiveness.

Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Radiography, or a related healthcare field.

At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or related industries.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate scientific information into customer-focused solutions.

Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions.

Radiology or contrast media experience is highly desirable.

Product marketing, portfolio management, or launch experience is an advantage.
