The Position
Consultor de Salud Digital
Liderar la transformación de datos e información compleja del entorno sanitario en modelos estratégicos de toma de decisiones, que optimicen los resultados clínicos, la eficiencia económica y la innovación tecnológica. Será responsable de diseñar e implementar propuestas integrales soportadas en soluciones digitales, para la gestión de enfermedades prioritarias bajo enfoques de salud basados en valor, tangibilizando la propuesta de valor de Roche Diagnóstica ante los actores del sistema de salud.
La Oportunidad:
Diseño e Implementación de Modelos VBHC: Co-crear, adaptar e implementar modelos de Disease Management y Value-based healthcare integrando productos, consultoría y soluciones digitales.
Análisis de Datos e Insights: Evaluar información clínica, epidemiológica y económica para generar insights accionables que fundamenten la toma de decisiones del mercado.
Co-creación y Desarrollo de Negocio: Identificar oportunidades en patologías específicas de interés clínico para apoyar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos y co-crear soluciones diferenciadas para el ecosistema de salud.
Soporte Comercial y Acompañamiento a Stakeholders: Asesorar al equipo comercial y articular la conversación técnica/estratégica con actores clave del sistema de salud.
Escalamiento Local y Gestión Comercial: Adaptar soluciones regionales/globales al mercado local y capturar nuevas oportunidades que fortalezcan el posicionamiento competitivo de Roche.
Tu Perfil:
Titulación: Profesional en Ciencias de la Salud, Administración, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
Posgrado (Deseable): Maestría o especialización en Proyectos, MBA, Salud Digital / Tecnologías de Información en Salud.
Formación Complementaria: Certificación o conocimientos en Metodologías Ágiles (Agile/Scrum), LEAN, Business Intelligence, Finanzas y Gestión de Proyectos.
Idiomas: Inglés intermedio-alto (B2 / C1 deseable).
Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en roles similares dentro del sector salud.
Experiencia sólida en:
Contratación y Gestión del Riesgo en salud.
Modelos de Salud Basada en Valor (VBHC) y Economía de la Salud.
Conocimiento profundo e integral del sistema de salud local.
Valoramos especialmente: Experiencia o entendimiento del entorno de laboratorio clínico, análisis de datos y proyectos de transformación ágil
