Job Description:
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Clinical Field Sales Training Manager Joints, located in Pune, India.
Th is role will be responsible for the DS clinical standards and strategy, creat ing and lead ing a Learning and Development framework for the DePuy Synthes Joints business . . The individual will work closely with DePuy Synthes (J oints ) Regional Sa les Manager s and Marketing to ensure the education on-boarding, foundations training, learning pathways and ongoing education needs of the sales & clinical teams are established with a focus on clinical, product and selling skills. The CFST Manager will retain close links with regional and global DS Joints Education leads, participating in global strategic teams to input into the commercial education global capability build.
The CFST Manager is responsible for designing and delivering the strategic DS joints curriculum to support growth in new platforms and areas of pro ced ural interest . Where possible , the CFST manager will partner with the Global Education Solutions teams to ensure that Global Foundations , A dvan ce d & Mastery programs & curriculum are delivered in accordance with Global standards.
The CFST Manager will also be responsible for selecting the appropriate delivery mechanism of internal training programs and then delivering best-in-class product & pro ce dure training in IN and lead the technical training for employees within the DS sales & clinical teams. Their expertise will allow them to design, deliver and evaluate virtual & instructor -led courses, evaluate & utilize distan ce learning tools and provide metrics to measure and improve participant experien ce s , training outcomes and overall training effectiveness .
There is also the ongoing b roader Sales Function talent development as part of sales & clinical functional ex ce llen ce /performan ce improvement initiatives to ensure Commercial Education’s talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales learning framework & pathways for the DS Business , including the onboarding and establishment of new starters and NPIs
Coordinate & d eliver global standard product and pr oce dure training (Foundations Training) to new Sales & Clinical field teams, Advan ce d & Mastery Programs to tenured teams all in line with the Blended Learning framework & global standards .
Roll out of competency models and deployment of global frameworks (SUMMIT and Learning Portal)
Represent IN on APAC and Global Commercial Education workstreams
Develop metrics for suc ce ss and collaborate with RSM’s to track and monitor field teams competencies

Impact of activities and decision-making: This role has Impact on all new sales & clinical hires and ongoing development of existing team. This role has ownership of short to mid-term execution of training and development plans.

Industry, Product and Proce dural knowledge in orthoapedics (joints) essential
