Objectif du poste

GSK souhaite recruter un(e) Gestionnaire de territoire pour se joindre à notre Équipe commerciale Respiratoire. Il s’agit d’un poste sur le terrain relevant du Directeur national des ventes, Soins primaires – Respiratoire, et couvrant le territoire de Lanaudière. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) résidera dans le territoire assigné ou à proximité.

À titre de Gestionnaire de territoire, vous serez responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de plans d’affaires pour votre territoire afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes et d’améliorer les soins aux patients. Vous développerez des relations de confiance avec les professionnels de la santé et les parties prenantes, en utilisant vos connaissances cliniques et vos connaissances du marché pour mener des conversations fondées sur les données probantes avec les clients. Vous aurez également la responsabilité d’identifier les occasions d’affaires, de prioriser les interactions avec les clients, d’optimiser la performance du territoire et de collaborer avec vos collègues des équipes médicale, marketing et des ventes. Votre capacité à faire preuve d’initiative, à prendre des décisions éclairées par les données, à communiquer efficacement et à agir avec intégrité sera essentielle à votre succès.

Mettre à profit vos connaissances cliniques et votre compréhension du marché pour mener des conversations claires et fondées sur les données probantes avec les clients.

Utiliser les données et les connaissances locales pour prioriser les occasions et optimiser la performance du territoire.

Collaborer avec des partenaires interfonctionnels afin d’harmoniser les plans et d’offrir des solutions intégrées aux clients.

Gérer la logistique du territoire et les tâches administratives conformément aux exigences de conformité et aux règlements.

Qualifications de base :

Nous cherchons des professionnels possédant les compétences suivantes pour nous aider à atteindre nos objectifs :

Baccalauréat ou équivalent en sciences de la vie, en administration des affaires, en soins de santé ou expérience dans un domaine connexe.

Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience sur le terrain dans un rôle de vente auprès de la clientèle ou de gestion de territoire dans le secteur pharmaceutique, des soins de santé ou un environnement commercial connexe.

Initiative démontrée et esprit d’entrepreneur, avec la capacité d’identifier les occasions et d’agir en conséquence.

Solides compétences en communication et en écoute active permettant d’adapter les interactions aux besoins variés des clients.

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et expérience avec un CRM ou des plateformes d’engagement omnicanal.

Permis de conduire canadien valide et capacité à se déplacer régulièrement dans la région de Lanaudière.

Admissibilité à un véhicule de société loué, sous réserve de vérifications.

Qualifications souhaitées :

Les caractéristiques suivantes constitueraient un atout :

Expérience antérieure en vente pharmaceutique ou dans le domaine des soins de santé, avec un historique démontré d’atteinte des objectifs.

Capacité à interpréter des études cliniques et à traduire les données probantes en renseignements utiles pour les clients.

Expérience dans l’utilisation de l’analyse de données pour orienter la stratégie de territoire et les décisions.

Bonne connaissance des systèmes de santé du Québec et des réseaux de prestataires dans la région de Lanaudière.

Aisance à travailler de façon autonome dans un rôle sur le terrain et à collaborer avec différentes équipes.

Grande capacité d’adaptation, avec une approche positive face au changement et à l’apprentissage continu.

Job Purpose

GSK is looking to hire a Territory Manager to join our Respiratory Commercial Team. This is a field-based role that reports to the National Sales Director, Primary Care Respiratory, and covers the Lanaudière territory. The ideal candidate will reside within the assigned territory or nearby.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory business plans to drive business growth and improve patient care. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, using clinical knowledge and market insights to deliver evidence-based customer conversations. You will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities, prioritizing customer engagement, optimizing territory performance and collaborating with colleagues across medical, marketing and sales. Your ability to demonstrate initiative, make data-driven decisions, communicate effectively and act with integrity will be critical to your success.

Ability to interpret clinical studies and translate evidence into practical customer insights.

Familiarity with Quebec’s healthcare systems and provider networks in Lanaudière.

Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role and collaborating across teams.

Adaptable, with a positive approach to change and continuous learning.
