The Position
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

Lead team to identify access related opportunities and risks in terms of TA-based business needs at a central level, proactively explore and incubate innovative business and payment models ,provide insight analysis and purpose-led solution
Lead team to develop and implement systematic policy research and advocacy roadmaps for therapeutic areas and the R&D pipeline to foster a forward-looking and stable policy environment for innovative solutions.
Lead team to integrate access and brand strategies to foster high valued recognition of product access in reimbursement, innovative Commercial Health Insurance (CHI/C-list) listing, and EDL access etc.
Lead team to empowers central and regional engagement teams to shape the policy landscape and product access and implementation for core therapeutic areas and strategic products.
Engage with high-level stakeholders, including government agencies, think tanks, and academic organizations to enhance the company's professional influence and thought leadership on key policy and product listing objectives.
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Over five years working in market access area, especially for access strategy related field with achieving meaningful performance and demonstrating strong reputable leadership in past. Sophisticated communication skills to handle different stakeholders to get satisfaction win-win results Tactical negotiation abilities to position Roche in an advanced status in the market A thorough understanding of Chinese policy-making processes and underlying logics, including an understanding of the roles and decision points within the government.
