Campus Transformation Program Director
About the Role
Join us in leading Campus #ServierGidy, a strategic transformation program aimed at creating a sustainable, attractive, and high-performing campus supporting Servier's long-term ambitions across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Development, and Corporate Functions.
Campus #ServierGidy is a key strategic site, with 1,000 collaborators on site, producing 40% of Servier’s princeps volumes and serving 20 million patients treated with Gidy products in more than 100 countries.
As Campus Transformation Program Director, you will drive the overall program strategy, governance, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Campus #ServierGidy transformation program
Establish and sustain program governance and operating models
Define and evolve roles, responsibilities, processes, and ways of working in line with GTPO standards
Ensure program delivery against quality, cost, delivery, and resource (QCDR) objectives
Monitor value creation and benefits realization
Chair Program and Steering Committees, driving key decisions and reporting on budget, timelines, risks, and progress
Lead change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution activities
Align stakeholders across Manufacturing, R&D, Real Estate, HR, Finance, CSR, Legal, and Corporate Functions
Escalate critical risks, milestones, and interdependencies to governance bodies and executive sponsors when required
Ensure program KPIs, dashboards, portfolio reporting, and communication plans are effectively delivered
Your Profile
Education: Master’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, Program Management, or equivalent.
Experience: 10-15 years of experience leading complex transformation programs, including organizational redesign, governance evolution, and industrial and/or real estate transformation. Pharmaceutical or industrial sector experience is a strong asset.

Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and value realization
Languages: Full professional fluency in both French and English is required.
