This role can be done hybrid from Wrocław office. Remote option subject to furhter condition.

YOUR ROLE:

Join our Life Science Procurement team as a Business Process Expert, where your strategic communication and SAP expertise will shape seamless ERP rollouts and direct procurement automation. Y ou will drive the successful delivery across our global direct procurement operations. Working in an international project environment, you will define and optimize supply chain and materials management processes, aligning them with best-in-class logistics and invoice processing tools. You will oversee procurement master data governance and apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to continuously improve business workflows. Partnering closely with global stakeholders, you will ensure seamless project execution from design through implementation.

WHO YOU ARE:

5+ years of experience in SAP ERP (Tempo, Orace, Emerald) implementation projects within an international procurement or materials management environment.

Deep expertise in SAP MM modules and strong knowledge of Direct Procurement processes.

Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, and AP invoice processing integrations, experience in use of Procurement systems knowledge to influence best in class set up and process.

Practical experience in Procurement Master Data governance, maintenance, and data lifecycle management.

Sound knowledge of project management frameworks and execution methodologies.

Possesses excellent communication skills with a proven ability to positively influence and engage senior stakeholders- ensuring procurement strategies align seamlessly with broader business objectives .

Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma practices and continuous process improvement techniques, e xperience with Jira , HPLM, testing environment.

Willingness to work flexible shifts (20-30%) to accommodate stakeholder needs and project demands.
