The Position
Business Development Partner

As a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Partner in our Business Partnering team, you will manage and develop relationships with our key business partners, including distributors and dealers . In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering long-term partnerships while aligning partner activities with our strategic objectives .
The Opportunity:
Cultivate Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary, high-touch contact to build and sustain collaborative relationships with assigned business partner accounts .
Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute robust, targeted sales strategies to consistently exceed performance goals for business partner accounts .
Optimize Channel Performance: Monitor and optimize distributor performance, providing structured onboarding and continuous support to expand market reach .
Empower Business Partners: Deliver impactful training, commercial tools, and market insights to empower partners while conducting joint customer visits to deepen engagement .
Drive Strategic Alignment: Stay ahead of healthcare market trends and competitive dynamics, working closely with cross-functional internal teams to align partner initiatives .
Deliver Market Intelligence: Generate insightful performance reports and data analytics on sales metrics, market conditions, and partner engagement .
Govern Partner Compliance: Ensure all business partner activities adhere strictly to internal company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements .
Support Audit Processes: Monitor audit workflows, provide active guidance on compliance matters, and swiftly address and resolve operational issues .
Who you are:
Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medical Science, Marketing, or a related commercial or scientific field.
Experienced Channel Manager: You bring 5+ years of progressive experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry, with a primary focus on Sales Channel Management .
Regional Market Specialist: You possess strong, proven knowledge of the Thailand and Indochina medical device and diagnostics business partner landscape .
Strategic Account Planner: You demonstrate a proven ability to develop and implement strategic account plans, distribution management frameworks, and go-to-market strategies .
Cross-Functional Collaborator: You excel at working collaboratively within a matrix, cross-functional environment to align partner initiatives with organizational goals .
Compliance & Audit Mindset: You possess a solid understanding of regulatory standards, commercial risk management, and compliance governance within distribution networks .
Bilingual Communicator: You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with full proficiency in Thai and a strong conversational command of written and spoken English .
