How You’ll Spend Your Day

Manage the end-to-end collection process for assigned customer accounts

Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue payments

Conduct collection calls and negotiate payment arrangements with customers

Drive resolution of payment disputes and collection-related issues

Prepare collection reports, aging reports, and cash collection forecasts

Escalate delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions to management

Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Management to improve collection performance and reduce overdue debt

Support credit risk monitoring and help ensure compliance with customer payment terms

Your Skills and Experience

Certified Bookkeeper (Type 1 & 2 required; Type 3 – an advantage)

At least 3 years of experience in collections and customer accounting

Proven experience conducting collection activities and following up on overdue balances

Ability to manage sensitive collection conversations while maintaining strong customer relationships

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel

Experience working with multiple interfaces; experience in a global environment is an advantage

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to prioritize and drive tasks to completion

Assertive, proactive, and results-oriented approach

English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – an advantage
