The Position
Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich
Als Betriebsingenieur/Techniker TGA (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt auf HLKS (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär) bist Du der strategische und taktische Kopf für den sicheren, konformen und energieeffizienten Betrieb unserer Anlagen mit Fokus auf Sanitärtechnik, Wärme-/Kälteversorgung, Raumlufttechnik, Sprinkler- und Förderanlagen. Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
Maintenance Strategy: Du entwickelst und optimierst Instandhaltungsstrategien und hältst Anlagendaten sowie Wartungspläne stets auf dem neuesten Stand.
Energy & Utilities Management: Als Treiber:in für Nachhaltigkeit überwachst Du den Energieverbrauch, deckst Einsparpotenziale auf und trackst die relevanten Kennzahlen.
Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) : Du erstellst OPEX/CAPEX-Budget- und Investitionspläne für Werterhalt und Sanierung.
Projektmanagement: Bei Investitionsprojekten übernimmst Du die Fachverantwortung, agierst als Betreiber:in/Bauherrenvertreter:in und planst sowie leitest eigene Instandhaltungsprojekte.
Records & Fremdfirmen Management: Du definierst technische Standards, stellst eine rechtskonforme Dokumentation sicher und steuerst unsere Dienstleister als Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Störungsmanagement: Bei komplexen technischen Herausforderungen bewahrst Du einen kühlen Kopf und greifst als 2nd Level Support im Störungsmanagement ein.
Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit
Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik/TGA oder eine Qualifikation als Meister:in/Techniker:in mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung mit. Folgende Punkte runden Dein Profil ab:
Fundierte Praxis in der Betriebsführung und Instandhaltung komplexer HLK-Anlagen.
Ausgewiesenes Expertenwissen in Thermodynamik, Strömungslehre und MSR-Technik.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften (z.B. VDI 6022, EnEV/GEG).
Erfahrung in der strategischen und operativen Steuerung von Dienstleistern.
Du arbeitest gerne direkt vor Ort am Standort und bringst die Bereitschaft für betriebsbedingte Rufbereitschaften sowie gelegentliche Reisetätigkeiten mit.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
