What you will do

We are seeking a motivated Associate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software applications under the guidance of senior engineers. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on developing responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. You will collaborate with product, business, data, design, and engineering partners to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions while building your full-stack and cloud engineering expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and enhance front-end and back-end application components using established engineering standards and guidance from senior team members.

Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Translate user stories, wireframes, and design specifications into high-quality, reusable UI components.

Build reusable front-end components and integrate them with backend APIs, databases, and data services.

Ensure UI solutions are consistent across supported browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

Build and consume REST APIs, integrate data sources, and support data-processing pipelines.

Create rapid prototypes to validate technical approaches and translate approved concepts into production-ready code.

Write clean, reusable, well-documented, secure, and testable code.

Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Contribute to unit, integration, UI, and automated testing activities.

Support debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of application defects and production issues.

Assist with application deployment, configuration, and operational support across cloud environments.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, API documentation, deployment procedures, and runbooks.

Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, UX/design teams, data engineers, QA engineers, and other technology teams.

Follow Agile practices, contribute to sprint planning and effort estimation, and provide timely status updates.

Continuously build knowledge of modern full-stack, cloud, AI, and DevOps technologies.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM field, with 2–4 years of relevant software development experience; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Hands-on experience through professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects in full-stack software development.

Demonstrated capability in UI development using JavaScript or TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS, NPM, and responsive web-design principles.

Knowledge of user-interface development practices, including component-based design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and usability.

Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, and basic data-pipeline concepts.

Familiarity with cloud services and cloud-native design principles in AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of microservices, containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, version control tools such as Git, and Agile delivery methods.

Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and escalate complex technical challenges appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated build and deployment tools.

Familiarity with software design patterns, data structures, test-driven development, and secure coding practices.

Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools.

Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or cloud-native monitoring services.

Experience or interest in developing data, analytics, AI, or generative-AI-enabled applications.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, authentication and authorization concepts, and API security.

AWS Certified Developer, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent cloud certification.

SAFe Agile certification or familiarity with Agile frameworks.

Education and Professional Certifications

Master’s degree in OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM majors with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Information Systems experience.

AWS Developer certification (preferred)

Any SAFe Agile certification (preferred)
