Support global M&A, divestiture, integration, and business transformation projects through effective project planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and performance reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, visibility of risks and dependencies, and adherence to project governance standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support end-to-end project management activities for M&A and transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers, and dependency logs.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
Prepare governance reports, dashboards, leadership presentations, and status updates.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR.
Support due diligence, Day-1 readiness, integration, and transition activities.
Facilitate governance meetings and track closure of actions and decisions.
Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of PMO best practices.
Maintain project documentation, repositories, and communication records.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, IT, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
7-10 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Transformation, Supply Chain, Consulting, or Operations.
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
Exposure to M&A integration, divestitures, carve-outs, or large transformation programs preferred.
