How You’ll Spend Your Day
Maintenance: Accountability for the overall performance of the machines and systems. Management of all aspects of maintenance activities – preventive, breakdown, IQ/OQ – planning, execution, documentation.
SOP Compliance: Ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for engineering and maintenance operations, maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
Deviation Management: Document deviations from normal operations, conduct thorough investigations, and propose corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate on investigations related to complaints, suggesting improvements for future prevention.
Change Management: Manage changes to existing and new equipment and systems, following approved change control procedures and ensuring full compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Asset Management: Manage all aspects of machines, systems, and premises within the OSD plant to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Inventory and Contractors: Oversee spare parts inventory management and contractor selection and supervision for maintenance activities.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage Maintenance Teams comprised of first line managers and technicians, working closely with SMEs to ensure high professional standards and promoting personal welfare among team members.
Training and Qualification: Own the training and qualification of personnel under supervision, ensuring initial and ongoing training alignment to operational needs.
Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field- must , advanced degree preferred.
Distinct leadership skills (10-year minimum proven experience – must!), with an ability to inspire, motivate and develop managers & technical teams
Hands-on proven experience, in machines and systems handling, and trouble-shooting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and best practices- preferred.
