Monitor risks, escalate issues as needed, and support actions that improve platform stability, resilience, and compliance.

Leadership & Operating Model

Lead and develop a high-performing team of capability leaders responsible for digital products supporting Global Supply Chain operations, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Manage vendor and partner relationships to support digital product delivery, service quality, and business priorities.

Collaborate with architecture, delivery, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and functional needs.

Support planning for product capacity, lifecycle management, upgrades, and service improvements.

Integration & Data & AI Enablement

Support integration planning across Technical Operations products to enable reliable data flow and business processes.

Work with technical teams, the Data & AI Product Tech Lead and the enterprise data capability owners to apply consistent integration and data standards across Global Supply Chain platforms.

Partner with Data & AI Product Tech Lead and enterprise analytics and AI leaders to enable AI and analytics features within products and to integrate data & AI products into capability roadmaps.

Experience with enterprise ownership of digital platforms supporting Technical Operations and regulated operations.

Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to balance functional needs with product delivery standardization and long-term value.

Product-oriented leader with experience delivering measurable, value-based outcomes rather than project outputs.

Trusted advisor to business leaders, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
