Job Description Summary

Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic commercial team? We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Commercial Department.

We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Commercial team and department leadership.

Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and events.

Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.

Maintain documentation and support compliance with company procedures.

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and other departments.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented approach.

Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment is an advantage.
