Your role:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Life Science sector in the Flanders region of Belgium, driving growth and ensuring a superior partner experience across our Discovery Solutions portfolio. You will identify new R&D and QC opportunities within existing accounts and target prospects, maintain an ambitious sales pipeline, and collaborate with marketing, technical service, and CaSE teams to deliver seamless solutions. You will articulate product value, address customer challenges, develop and execute strategic account plans, and ensure timely and accurate CRM updates for regular senior management reporting. You will stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity, while traveling when needed to support customers and build lasting relationships.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in account management or life science sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of the life science landscape, key players, trends, and regulatory context.
Ability to travel by car at least 50% of the time; driving licence required.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow the business.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Creative, analytical thinker with strong organizational skills and multitasking capability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
