About this opportunity

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Interns in Clinical Trial Operations teams. These teams plan and run clinical studies, from starting up sites and coordinating with research organizations and vendors to tracking progress so trials stay on schedule.

These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

Location: Armonk, NY / Warren, NJ / Tarrytown, NY

Timeframe: Our internship positions are full-time and onsite from May/June-August

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.

What you'll do:

Support the operational work that gets clinical trials up and running and keeps them on track.

Projects may include supporting study start-up activities, coordinating with contract research organizations (CROs) and vendors, maintaining trackers and metrics, managing study documents, capturing lessons learned across drug programs, and assessing study feasibility and potential trial sites.

Expect a lot of coordination, Excel and document management, and communication with study teams; attention to compliance details matters.

Strong organization, Excel skills, and written communication are helpful; interest in clinical research or drug development is a plus. One project is better suited to a graduate student.

Relevant majors: Pharmacy (PharmD), Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Statistics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Technology

Let's find out if we're a fit:

Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred

Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
