Como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento Eléctrico, tendrás que garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los equipos e instalaciones mediante tareas de mantenimiento, diagnóstico y resolución de averías. Además, podrás colaborar en procesos de mejora continua y optimización del mantenimiento preventivo, contribuyendo a la fiabilidad y seguridad de la planta.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
Estrategia y desarrollo organizacional
Trabajar cumpliendo los estándares de Calidad, HSE y Medioambiente de la compañía
Ser colaborador activo ante la detección de incidencias y anomalías
Mantenimiento
Atender y mantener al día las solicitudes de mantenimiento (avisos) realizadas por el resto de los departamentos a la mano de obra, detectando las causas de los problemas y solucionarlos de manera oportuna
Inspeccionar máquinas, motores, variadores, cuadros, instrumentación... y ejecutar pruebas de diagnóstico para detectar problemas de funcionamiento
Reponer componentes de maquinaria e instalaciones (sensores, interruptores, resistencias…)
Limpieza y mantenimiento de los cuadros elécticos, garantizando respetar los esquemas eléctricos
Reportar en el sistema el detalle de cada intervención, así como los materiales utilizados y las horas de intervención haciendo buen uso de las notificaciones
Mantener las zonas de trabajo en un estado óptimo de orden y limpieza
Evaluar los PTW conjuntamente con el responsable del área en el que se va a intervenir, garantizando que se cumplen las medidas de seguridad acordadas
Colaborar con las iniciativas y proyectos de mejora de los equipos e instalaciones, ya sea en la fase de diseño como en la parte de la implementación
Proponer mejoras y/o correcciones de los planes de mantenimiento para garantizar robustecer el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos, con el fin de conseguir la máxima fiabilidad
Realizar evaluaciones y análisis de averías
Gestión de proveedores y contratistas
Dar soporte a las subcontratadas que vengan a asistir en una avería o revisión
Qué debes aportar al rol:
Formación técnica o FPII
Catalán y español fluido, inglés muy valorable
3 años de experiencia en planta estéril
manejo de SAP
Manejo del paquete office 365
Capacidad de planificacion y ejecución de tareas
resolucion de problemas.
