About this opportunity
We are looking for a SAP PM System Analyst (Plant Maintenance) to work, collaboratively, with an international team of experts dedicated to design, implement and maintain the landscape of several systems providing support to the asset maintenance capabilities in manufacturing sites.
Tasks & responsibilities
Define, develop, implement, enhance and maintain SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) functions as well as Calibration services (CMX Software).
Support and work with innovative initiatives such as Predictive maintenance & Condition based monitoring, helping to shape the future roadmap of such technologies within the company.
Responsible to manage, conduct and control the implementation of changes across multiple SAP clients ensuring to not disrupt existing functionality in Production clients.
Active and effectively work with Key Users and IT people to prioritize and plan the implementation of changes.
Manage small to medium sized projects, or play a key role within a large project team.
Create detailed projects plans and delivery according.
Create accurate estimations for enhancements and projects, covering development and technical implementation.
Execute all project activities, according to the corresponding methodologies, to ensure a firm delivery of security and audit requirements adhering to all BI Compliance requirements and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science(or equivalent).
Professional experience of 3- 5 years working with SAP specifically configuration and user support for PM (Plant Maintenance). Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP QM is preferable.
Knowledgeable in SAP Development technologies: ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP interface technologies (IDOCS, Web services, etc), amongst others, leading to the ability to translate business process requirements into developer specifications and to effectively track the developments.
Pharma industry knowledge is a plus.
Experience leading and coordinating work for small to medium projects and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple business /IT processes.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.
Excellent problem solving, results oriented, innovation, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.
Willingness and readiness to travel occasionally
