岗位描述Position Description:

负责工厂GMARS MRO备品备件全流程管理，包括备件主数据维护、备件下单采购标准化与流程优化、备件下单/采购、订单跟踪、到货接收、库房运营、库存准确性、安全库存控制、库存优化及GECMS系统管理。该岗位作为工厂备件管理的关键业务支持和系统管理角色，需推动备件管理流程标准化、简化和持续改进，确保备件供应可靠、库存受控、系统数据准确，并为生产运营、维护活动、项目实施及合规要求提供稳定支持。

Responsible for end-to-end GMARS and MRO spare parts management at the site, including spare parts master data maintenance, spare parts order/procurement standardization and process simplification, request approval, purchasing order tracking, receiving, storeroom operations, inventory accuracy, safety stock control, slow-moving inventory optimization, and GECMS system management. This role serves as a key business support and system management position for site spare parts management, driving standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable spare parts supply, controlled inventory, accurate system data, and effective support for operations, maintenance activities, project execution, and compliance requirements.

主要职能 Key Objectives/Deliverables:

负责备件管理体系建设与备件管理流程建立和优化，监督日常运营管理，确保满足业务需求、质量及财务要求。

Responsible for the development and end-to-end management of the spare parts program, and continuous improvement of related processes, standards, and systems. Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with business, quality, and financial requirements.

负责工厂MRO备品备件在GMARS系统中的流程和数据管理，包括备件主数据、备件下单/采购需求确认、订单及到货状态跟踪、库存数据监控、付款支持及跨职能业务协调，确保系统数据准确、流程执行合规、备件供应满足运营需求。

Responsible for process and data management of MRO spare parts in GMARS, including spare parts master data governance, reorder request review, procurement requirement confirmation, order and delivery status tracking, inventory data monitoring, payment support, and cross-functional business coordination to ensure accurate system data, compliant process execution, and reliable spare parts supply for site operations.

推动备件下单/采购流程的标准化、简化和持续改进，整合备件下单/采购申请，优化备件比价，下单，批准，追踪，收货确认及付款流程，并持续提升备件下单/采购效率，流程透明度和跨职能协作效率。

Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of the spare parts order/procurement process by consolidating spare parts ordering and procurement requests, optimizing the quotation comparison process, and identifying and addressing pain points across request creation, approval, quotation comparison, ordering, delivery tracking, receiving  and payment processes to improve procurement efficiency, process transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.

负责备件库管理体系和运营流程管理，推动库位与布局优化、库存准确性控制、现场目视化标准、账实一致性管理及GMP/HSE合规要求落实，持续提升备件库运行的安全性、规范性和效率。

Lead the spare parts storeroom management system and operating process management, driving location and layout optimization, inventory accuracy control, visual management standards, system-versus-physical accuracy management, and implementation of GMP/HSE requirements to continuously improve the safety, standardization, and efficiency of storeroom operations.

推动库存管理和库存控制，包括安全库存策略、EOQ优化、关键备件风险评估、慢动及呆滞库存分析和降低，持续提升库存健康度、资金使用效率和备件可用性。

Drive inventory management and control, including safety stock strategy, EOQ optimization, critical spare parts risk assessment, and analysis and reduction of slow-moving or obsolete inventory to continuously improve inventory health, capital efficiency, and spare parts availability.

根据业务需要少量参与备件收货、上架、发货及盘点等备库现场运营工作。

Provides occasional field operational support for spare parts receiving, shelving, issuing, and inventory counting based on business needs.

作为GMARS MRO业务专家，提供业务流程、及用户支持。

Serve as the GMARS MRO business SME, including business process guidance, , issue troubleshooting, and user support

参与并支持与备件管理相关的项目和持续改进活动，例如备件库改造、自动化系统应用、流程优化、数据清理及系统集成，确保项目方案能够满足实际运营、维护和合规需求。

Participate in and support spare parts related projects and continuous improvement initiatives, such as storeroom renovation, automation system application, process optimization, data cleanup, and system integration, ensuring project solutions meet operational, maintenance, and compliance needs.

负责工厂图纸系统GECMS管理，提供系统使用、业务流程及用户支持

Responsible for site GECMS management support, including system use, business process guidance, issue troubleshooting and user support

遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求。

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfil the work safety responsibilities.

完成主管分配的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

基本要求 Basic Requirements:

本科(及相同学历) 或以上学历.

Bachelor Degree (and equivalent) or above.

有3年及以上仓储库管理及采购经验。

3 years(or above) experience of warehouse management and procurement.

了解GMP以及维护体系

Aware of GMP and the maintenance system

具有读、写及翻译规程的能力

Ability to read, write, and translate(English) procedures

具备较好的团队精神和良好的人际交流能力

Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skill

熟练掌握Microsoft Excel软件。

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
