About the Role

GSK has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Specialist Account Manager to join our Haematology team.  Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your NSW north territory; providing a consistent, science led and value-added service.

NSW north territory covers Sydney north, northwest, Central Coast, Newcastle, NSW north coast

Your role will be varied and will include:

Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growth

Clinically differentiate GSK's Haematology portfolio as the preferred option for appropriate patients

Ensuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicines

Working in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectives

To be successful in this role you will have:

Minimum two years' experience in a hospital specialist position is essential, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment

Experience with and knowledge of the Haematology therapeutic area would be beneficial, but not essential

Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders

An aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format

A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
