About the Role
As an Adelaide based Specialist Account Manager, you will manage and grow strategic hospital and specialist accounts across South Australia and NT. You will build trusted relationships with respiratory clinicians, procurement and hospital teams, promoting GSK's key Respiratory brands for COPD.
You will work closely with commercial, medical and access colleagues to deliver tailored account plans. We value curiosity, collaboration and a patient-centred mindset.
In this role, you will:
Develop and own key account plans to drive sustainable value and growth across your territory
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with Respiratory clinicians, hospital decision makers and procurement teams
Deliver tailored scientific and educational engagements to support evidence-based care and patient outcomes
Collaborate with commercial, medical and access teams to align local plans with national strategy
Collect and share market and clinical insights to inform strategy and local decision making
Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory and company standards
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience and knowledge of biologics and/or respiratory preferred
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working cross-functionally with medical affairs, access and procurement teams
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into practical account actions
Clear and confident communication skills for clinical and commercial audiences
Significant experience developing and executing account plans in a hospital setting
Strong experience using CRM systems and digital engagement tools
Ability and willingness to be in-field five days per week, with regular regional rotations
Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, science, pharmacology or a related field
