Job Responsibilities
Design end-to-end connectivity between shopfloor (PLC/SCADA/MES) and enterprise systems (ERP/data platforms)
Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation for manufacturing connectivity solutions
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Act as the primary interface between business, OT, and IT teams
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Define data flows, integration patterns, and interface standards
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with IT/OT architecture
Drive reuse of standard integration patterns across sites
Support important projects and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and BI internal regulations within IT O&L.
Support external audits and inspections in the area of IT OPS.
Coordinate internal audits and self-inspections in IT OPS. Track remediation activities in IT O&L.
Act as global business partner for meeting business needs and goals.
Ensure stable and reliable operation of manufacturing connectivity solutions
Provide troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous support
Monitor interfaces, data flows, and system performance
Collaborate with support teams to ensure proper handover and sustainment.
Requirements
Proficiency in modern IT technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other digital innovation tools
Hands-on experience or solid understanding of data analytics, workflow automation, and intelligent solution design
Ability to evaluate, adopt, and integrate new technologies into manufacturing connectivity and IT/OT environments
Strong interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning mindset
