Job Description:
Within the framework of Group SOP and China regulation, develop strong medical strategy and design solid and/or innovative medical activities to align with brand strategy, meet China unmet medical practice need, and well manage the product life cycle.
Main responsibilities / job expectations:
Develop medical strategy and activities by close collaboration with BU, HQ and VA
For clinical trial project, guarantee the scientific, ethic, quality could meet the highest requirements of Group and NMPA
For non-clinical trial project, guarantee the progress and quality in relevant therapeutic area can meet the requirements of BU, compliance with TA practice and trend
To collect and analyze the medical information, ensure professional & accurate evaluation of the local medical practice, the treatment guidelines, published literature and develop the scientific link to ensure the early integration into the projects in China
Promotion material reviewing and approving, non-promotional material developing and reviewing
Support MR training, including training material development, special training activities conduction
Ensure professional organization of advocacy support according to local regulations on all levels such as Thought Leader interaction, Advisory Board set-up
Knowledge, abilities & experience:
Ideal: PH.D in clinical medicine
Minimum: Master degree major in clinical medicine
1- 2 years clinical experience in related therapeutic area
1-2 years MA experience or related TA senior MSL experience in multi-national pharmaceutical
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent written and oral English
