Senior AnalystLocation – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Help in creation of data products/business use cases to by working with relevant data owners, systems to solve and enable business team’s decision making.Ensure data curation by applying appropriate standard Quality & Security checksEnsures the data Enablement to ensure they are fully aligned and support the Data Strategy and the DLC products / assetsDeliver on data strategy priorities and DLC activities in an AGILE manner with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of servicesEducation: Bachelors/ master’s in computer sciences / IT or other quantitative science. Minimum Requirement:4-6 years of experience in a Global company as a data analyst, steward, engineer, modeler, or data scientistBusiness understanding of pharmaceutical industry and data standards. Domain experience in at least one of the following areas – a) Pharma R&D, b) Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain, c) Marketing and Sales d) Market access and e) Commercial. Experience in working in Pharma / Life Science industry strongly preferredHands on experience in working with ETL process, DWH Concepts, and programming/scripting skills (Python) for data preparation and analysis Excellent SQL Knowledge and zeal to learn new technology stacksUnderstanding of data modelling (conceptual, logical, and physical) using different data modelling methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills with consulting and senior stakeholder engagement experienceFoundational understanding of semantic web principles, big data ecosystem, knowledge of AWS, AZURE Stack and basics of Gen AI, NLP would be an advantageAbility to utilize AI for activity optimization would be a plus What you’ll bring to Role: Act as a data person supporting multiple use cases, projects as part of DLC teams collaborating closely with business, data strategy teams and ITBring deep business understanding of pharmaceutical industry and data standards and domain experience that helps to solve the business problems with a deep technical expertiseProvide Data analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports.Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.Support IDS business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business-related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.To be an integral part of a comprehensive Data Enablement team responsible for enabling business Decision.
