The Sales Training Coordinator is key enabler of commercial performance in Brazil, responsible for driving the commercial sales and demand capability agenda in Brazil, ensuring that customer-facing teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to deliver sustainable business growth. This role acts as a strategic partner to the commercial organization, translating business priorities into impactful capability-building initiatives that enhance execution excellence, improve performance, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Capability Strategy & Execution

Support and execute the Brazil Commercial Capability Strategy aligned with LATAM and Global frameworks.

Design and implement structured capability development programs aligned with business priorities.

Partner with the Country Leadership Team to identify capability gaps and translate them into actionable development plans.

Contributes to defining KPIs and governance mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and business impact.

Performance-Driven Learning

Conduct capability assessments to identify current and future skill gaps across commercial sales and demand teams.

Develop and implement annual sales and demand training plans aligned with brand strategy, launch excellence, and commercial priorities.

Ensure strong linkage between capability initiatives and business KPIs (sales growth, market share, execution metrics).

Promote a culture of continuous learning focused on performance improvement.

Program Design & Delivery Excellence

Design and deliver high-impact learning solutions in areas such as: Sales Force Effectiveness

Launch excellence

Compliance and ethical promotion

Negotiation and influencing skills

Business and financial acumen

Apply innovative learning methodologies (e.g., simulations, workshops, digital learning solutions).

Ensure high standards of facilitation and participant engagement.

Talent & Leadership Development

Support structured development journeys for onboarding and high-potential talent.

Contribute to succession planning through capability assessment and development initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, HR, Compliance, and Regional Capability teams.

Ensure alignment between local needs and LATAM/global frameworks.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Implement evaluation frameworks to assess learning effectiveness and business impact.

Track adoption, behavioral change, and performance improvements.

Provide clear and actionable reporting to leadership.

Continuously improve learning methodologies and tools.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Education, or related field.

Relevant experience in commercial training, capability development, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Experience working closely with sales and commercial teams.

Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus).

Experience with digital learning platforms and training tools.
