YOUR ROLE
• Design and develop new chemical production processes, ensuring they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure production processes comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, quality, supply chain to implement process improvements and provide technical support.
• Select and validate production equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Participate in new production line development and production launch processes.
• Identify and leverage new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
WHO YOU ARE
• A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in chemical production process design and optimization. Preferred backgrounds for this role is Chemical Engineering
• Expertise in chemical reaction engineering, mass transfer, and heat transfer.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems and improvement opportunities from data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Cybersecurity and OT related knowledge (PLCs, SCADAs, Industrial Safety system) will be a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) will be a plus.
• Must be native Mandarin speaker with excellent English orally and written.
• Capability to write technical documentation and reports.
• With a proactive attitude, a curious, innovative mindset, and the ability to perceive challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
