What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Provide guidance and leadership on moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources
Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute meaningfully within the Department
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, develop new options, and operate independently in ambiguous situations, guided by policies
Work independently, receive instruction on unusual or complex problems, and determine objectives of assignments
Review your own work, seek directional review from others, and mentor colleagues by reviewing their work
Utilize judgment and experience to potentially become a resource for others
Lead and execute high-priority strategic design projects, including opportunity assessment, business valuation, and implementation planning
Develop and own the end-to-end process of annual operating plans and strategy
Collaborate with major business units to integrate their plans with the overarching corporate strategy
Evaluate and develop new market initiatives and business opportunities, guiding operational teams in project management and fostering innovation in patient care and healthcare advancements
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in advanced valuation modeling including discounted cash flows
Ability to synthesize a significant amount of diverse information to build a compelling, data-driven investment case
Prior experience in strategic planning, decision analysis, management consulting, and/or salesforce effectiveness
Builds robust and long-term strategic relationships with individuals from all levels of the organization to ensure future alignment of the entire portfolio
Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capability and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
Demonstrated significant experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
