MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
The Medical Solution Supervisor is responsible for providing cost effective and innovative solutions to the development and needs of China Medical team in different areas, through engagement with a broader range of internal and external stakeholders, led by Pfizer and China Medical values.
The Effectiveness and Compliance role of Medical Solution Supervisor, is responsible for supporting the implementation, coordination and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs operations and compliance activities for China Medical team. This role works closely with Medical Affairs team, finance, legal, Compliance team and MQO team to ensure efficient execution, standardized processes and compliance alignment, with increasing adoption of AI-enabled tools. All the above duties will be carried out under the guidance of Sr. Medical Affairs Effectiveness & Compliance Manager.
Compliance Execution & Process Monitoring:
Support compliance-related processes by coordinating material submission, documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders
Assist in delivering compliance-related training and communication
Support internal control activities including documentation and audit readiness
Maintain documentation and ensure traceability for compliance purposes
AI-enabled Review & Operations:
Support the application and operation of AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and compliance
Support AI-assisted pre-review in grants process and perform human validation
Maintain and monitor AI tools performance and outputs
Update AI rules and knowledge base under guidance
Ensure documentation and audit readiness of AI-supported processes
Operational Support & Coordination:
Support the execution and tracking of Medical Affairs operational activities, including project coordination
Assist in organizing and delivering training activities to support team capability development
Support the implementation of standardized working processes and performance tracking mechanisms
Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure timely follow-up of operational activities
Process Identification & Continuous Improvement:
Identify common operational patterns and support process standardization
Analyze workflow bottlenecks and support improvement solutions
Assist in implementing efficient and standardized workflows
Facilitate sharing of best practices within the team
Support integration of optimized processes into AI workflows
SME Support & Capability Enablement:
Act as a subject matter contact for assigned processes
Support knowledge sharing and consolidate best practices
Maintain process guidance, FAQs and reference materials
Support application of processes, AI tools and compliance requirements
Identify recurring issues and support solution refinement
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field
Basic understanding of Medical Affairs operations and compliance requirements
Experience with process coordination and digital tools
Strong execution and coordination capability
Good communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience:
3–5 years pharmaceutical or Medical Affairs related experience
Experience in operations support or project coordination
