The Position

In this regional role, you will act as a dedicated therapeutic expert, bridging country and multi-country strategy to optimize medical outcomes across the Middle East and APAC regions. You will collaborate closely with local medical leads, disease commercialization teams, and cross-functional partners to improve patient outcomes and drive scientific excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Shape and execute the regional medical strategy across the full disease lifecycle, ensuring consistent value delivery across diverse healthcare systems.

Lead competitive intelligence initiatives and synthesize medical insights to ensure regional launch readiness and market preparedness.

Elevate local capabilities by delivering high-impact training programs for country teams, medical enablers, and new joiners.

Partner with regional marketing teams to co-create and adapt scientific and educational materials that address critical unmet medical needs.

Cultivate strategic, collaborative partnerships with key Thought Leaders and Investigators to advance scientific exchange and evidence generation.

Foster a customer-centric environment that addresses healthcare provider needs through transparent, ethical, and high-quality scientific communication.

Support Real-World Data (RWD) initiatives and evidence generation strategies in close alignment with global and regional clinical operations.

Who You Are

You are a strategic medical professional driven by a patient-centric mindset and a passion for scientific exchange. You thrive in complex, multicultural environments and bring a collaborative spirit to cross-functional teams.

Hold a Medical Degree (MD) or a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related Life Sciences.

Bring 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Demonstrate expertise in scientific content creation, medical insight synthesis, and Thought Leader engagement.

Possess strong capabilities in data interpretation, clinical evaluation, and scientific communication.

Show a track record of driving impact within cross-functional matrix environments and regional workstreams.

Bring a natural growth mindset with strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
