Medical Affairs Coordinator
About this opportunity
The incumbent will work closely with the medical team to align on strategic priorities at local and regional level in order to: provides medical / scientific expertise ensuring understanding of the disease area and Biogen’s portfolio as appropriate; provide scientific data with high quality; Support operational burden on the local medical team; Maximize high-value interactions with Medical Team; Provide high quality and robust insights and data analysis.
He/she will coordinate cross-functional and Medical process and activities to asure the correct developed of the activities.
The position will have accountability for the following:
Integrated Product strategy:
Support & coordinate Medical projects to assure that could be implement following the plan:
Understand project roles and responsibilities and coordinate tasks with project leaders.
Proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently.
Support project management/leadership with the creation of project deliverables and the day-to-day management of internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Track monthly changes to project status.
- Liason between internal departments and vendors and Field Medical Team: vendor management and coordination, manage ESE tool and other internal processes (bidding, BBDD supplier), contact person for assistant
- Participate in regular update meeting to the cross functional teams.
- Support MM to control the budget oversight related with the product.
- Coordinate Field Medical insights and metrics analysis.
Medical Communication Plan:
Support to create external materials for MSLs.
Manage Veeva Vault InScite
Support publications and congresses communication strategy.
Support CME multichannel strategy.
And other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Excellent communication skills, proficiency with computers, including MS office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
Good English Level (able to understand and communicate with international teams) and Spanish language (written and spoken);
Organized, efficient, proactive and with a good attention to detail.
Ability to manage priorities and answer simultaneous requests from different stakeholders;
Ability to read and interpret the legislation, guidelines, official documents and procedures within Health industry;
Autonomy and ability to quickly adapt to change
Familiarity with biotechnology & pharmaceutical industry preferred
Project management experience

Salario : 30.000€ anuales + beneficios

Podrá concertarse con quienes estuviesen en posesión de un título universitario o de un título de grado medio o superior, especialista, máster profesional o certificado del sistema de formación profesional, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, así como con quienes posean un título equivalente de enseñanzas artísticas o deportivas del sistema educativo, que habiliten o capaciten para el ejercicio de la actividad laboral.
El contrato de trabajo para la obtención de práctica profesional deberá concertarse dentro de los tres años, o de los cinco años si se concierta con una persona con discapacidad, siguientes a la terminación de los correspondientes estudios.
