In this role you will contribute to, and coordinate where appropriate, activities related to the development of local reimbursement dossiers in one or more therapeutic areas in the Netherlands, closely collaborating with trade and senior market access colleagues. Moreover, you will manage contacts with headquarter teams, contacts with external vendors and support different projects we participate in as a country.

About the team

The Market Access Associate role is part of the Market Access Team, which consists in the Netherlands of seven people and is providing support related to reimbursement and patient access to the different business units and franchises. Supported also by the global Market Access organization, the team is highly motivated to constantly developing knowledge and capabilities based on sharing learnings from our activities as well as external developments and expertise. Working collaboratively cross-functionally, both locally as well as with our international colleagues, we aim for the best solutions towards our ultimate goal, access for patients to our products.

Main responsibilities:

Collect, interpret, and record scientific evidence of the therapeutic value of products including health economic data to support the development of cost-effectiveness models

Carry out epidemiological explorations to support budget impact analyses

Contribute to the composition of reimbursement dossiers and related documentation as required for either the out-patient reimbursement system (GVS) or within the regulations for in-hospital medication

Track legislation, regulations and developments with respect to market access in general, and the therapeutic areas of our interest in particular

Be a partner for trade and senior market access colleagues in activities to obtain or retain reimbursement

About you

BSc, MSc in Health-economics or working experience from a relevant role

Experience in market access or related activities, ideally in pharmaceutical companies or from other organizations

Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills

Effective networking and relationship building skills

Ability to research, analyze, write and deliver high quality written documents

Ability to think creatively to solve complex multi-stakeholder problems

Pro-active, self-motivated and prioritization skills

Attention to detail whilst able to retain a helicopter view

Oral and written fluency in Dutch and English

The salary range for this position is :€65.000,00 - €86.333 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
