About this opportunity
We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Marketing Cloud Intelligence initiatives, including platform enhancements, brand onboarding, analytics solutions, and deployments. The role will partner with Product Owners, business analysts, platform and data teams, developers, quality analysts, brand teams, experience managers, agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on time, within scope, and to agreed standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience and excellent communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Marketing Automation projects, from requirements and planning through execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure.Align stakeholders on project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, milestones, and business outcomes.Maintain project plans and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.Establish data-driven delivery management through actionable Agile metrics (team metrics - velocity, capacity utilization, sprint predictability, burn-down charts, burn-up charts; flow metrics – lead time, cycle time, Work in Progress (WIP); quality metrics – technical debt index, change failure rate, escaped defects).Own and facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint planning, Daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint retrospective) ensuring they remain value-focused and outcome-driven:Ensure capacity planning and dependency visibilityDrive risk identification and mitigation planningFoster collaboration and accountabilitySurface blockers and impedimentsEnsure Epics, stories, tasks meet Definition of ReadyImprove backlog qualityFacilitate estimation and sizing activities – planning poker, T-shirt sizing, capacity-based planningValidate incremental product outcomesEnsure proper management of scrum artifacts – product backlog, sprint backlog, definition of done (DoD), Definition of Ready (DoR), Acceptance criteria, increments.Provide regular status updates using delivery metrics, analytics, and KPIs, including sprint velocity, cycle time, quality, scope, budget, and capacity.Use Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and approved automation or AI-enabled tools to improve planning, reporting, risk detection, documentation, quality, and delivery efficiency. Ensure compliance with project management best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Required Skills 7–10 years of project management experience in analytics, consulting, or enterprise software, with demonstrated stakeholder management capability.Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, or SAFe and relevant project management tools.Proficiency in Jira and ConfluenceProven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, and Scrum of ScrumsExperience in Agile coaching and organizational transformation, driving Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of backlog management, user story refinement, estimation techniques, capacity planning, sprint forecasting, and release planningExperience with Agile metrics and reporting, including velocity, sprint predictability,Good to have an understanding of Salesforce platformsCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
