We are looking for a Key Account Manager Immunology – West Austria (Vorarlberg, Tirol, Salzburg) who is collaborative, curious, care-focused to join our Immunology team, in Austria.
About the role
As Key Account Manager Immunology, you will bring value to patients by expanding access to UCB’s immunology solutions in your assigned territory. You will shape and create partnerships with healthcare professionals and wider ecosystem stakeholders, using a targeted account approach and optimal omnichannel solutions. By understanding customer needs, patient pathways, and local market dynamics, you will help match UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients and support improved outcomes.
Who you will work with
You will work closely with a collaborative network of colleagues across medical, commercial, and cross-functional teams. You are going to engage with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and patient communities, fostering strong, trust-based relationships. Together with your peers and internal partners, you will contribute to a supportive environment focused on shared learning, continuous improvement, and delivering meaningful patient value.
What you will do
Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Provide tailored information supporting understanding of therapy options
Manage stakeholder engagement across hospitals, clinics, and community settings
Identify and connect with key opinion leaders and networks
Support development and execution of personalized communication plans
Collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful patient-centred initiatives
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role in pharma, healthcare sales, account management, or customer engagement.
Strong strategic account management and relationship-building skills.
Eagerness to apply digital customer engagement and omnichannel approaches.
Ability to understand healthcare ecosystems, patient pathways, and local access dynamics.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, customer focus, and a result-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
