Job Summary
As the iSHIFT SCI Solution Delivery SCI TM/IM Lead, you will be the functional and technical owner of the Supply Chain Integration (SCI) workstream, with a specific focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Inventory Management (IM) modules. You will drive end-to-end solution design, delivery, and continuous improvement of TM/IM capabilities within the iSHIFT program, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global CORE model.
Sitting within the Digital Delivery & Operations / iSHIFT Enablement team, you will work in close collaboration with iSHIFT program leaders, Supply Chain BPOs, the Supply Chain Coalition, and key iSHIFT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of SAP TM and IM solutions within the iSHIFT program, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global CORE model
Translate business requirements from Supply Chain BPOs and process owners into robust, scalable SAP TM/IM functional specifications
Drive solution architecture decisions for transportation planning, freight order management, inventory movements, goods receipt/issue, and stock management processes
Ensure integration consistency between TM/IM and adjacent modules (EM, P2R, ICO, EWM, MM, SD, FI/CO) within the S/4HANA landscape
TM/IM Module Ownership
Act as the functional owner of SAP TM and IM modules within the iSHIFT program, maintaining deep expertise in configuration, process flows, and best practices
Define and govern the TM/IM CORE model, ensuring standardization and harmonization across all rollout countries and regions
Manage the TM/IM solution backlog, prioritizing enhancements and fixes in collaboration with BPOs and Digital teams
Oversee master data requirements related to TM/IM
Rollout & Go-Live Support
Lead TM/IM solution delivery activities across multi-country iSHIFT rollouts, from blueprint through go-live
Apply the iSHIFT methodology, driving CORE model adoption and country preparation to accelerate deployment timelines
Coordinate fit-gap analysis, solution demos, and MVP showcases for new countries and regions
Manage go-live readiness activities including cutover planning, data migration validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for TM/IM scope
Provide hands-on hypercare support during and after go-live, ensuring business continuity and rapid issue resolution
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain BPOs, process owners, country teams, Finance, M&S, and Business Operations stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Coalition and iSHIFT program leadership to align on priorities, timelines, and delivery commitments
Engage with external system integrators and implementation partners, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to Sanofi standards
Communicate solution design decisions, risks, and progress clearly to both technical and business audiences at all levels
Core Model Governance
Ensure TM/IM process designs adhere to iSHIFT CORE model principles, preventing unnecessary customizations and protecting solution integrity
Participate in CORE model governance forums, contributing to design decisions and change control processes
Document and maintain TM/IM solution design artifacts, functional specifications, and process documentation
Champion standardization and harmonization across all iSHIFT deployments, balancing global consistency with local statutory requirements
Hypercare & AMS Support
Define and oversee the transition from project delivery to Application Management Services (AMS) for TM/IM scope
Establish SLA frameworks and support models for post-go-live TM/IM operations
Collaborate with AMS teams to ensure knowledge transfer, runbook documentation, and incident resolution capabilities are in place
Monitor post-go-live KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize TM/IM solution performance
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of SAP TM/IM functional consultants and analysts across the iSHIFT program
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Sanofi's values
Coordinate with workstream leads across SCI (and other iSHIFT streams) to ensure end-to-end process coherence
Support capability building within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development
About you
Educational Background
University master degree or PhD in economics, engineering, computer science or comparable
Professional Experience
10+ years of SAP Experience
At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (all phases)
Mastering SAP design and customizing for modules related to Supply Chain Integration Modules (TM, IM, EM, ICO, P2P, P2R) preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry
Understands and performs SAP system configuration as expert in SCI
Experience and advance knowledge in the analysis and design of SCI business processes, ideally within the pharmaceutical or similar industries
Knowledge of other SAP functional domains as advantage
Experience with Master Data, IDocs/BAPIs, interfacing SAP with Legacy applications and program debug
Operational experience in Domain area would be appreciated
Proven experience working in major IT consulting firms as stream lead or functional expert
Experience of SAP projects in complex and international environment
At ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools
Knowledge of Agile Project methodologies is a plus

The salary range for this position is :€69.200,00 - €103.800,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
