Role Overview

The Group Product Director (GPD), Professional Promotion, Neuroscience Schizophrenia will lead the U.S. HCP marketing strategy and professional education across the long-acting injectable portfolio, comprised of INVEGA SUSTENNA®, INVEGA TRINZA®, and INVEGA HAFYERA®. This leader will also partner closely with the CAPLYTA® brand team to deliver a cohesive schizophrenia portfolio strategy. The role requires strong strategic leadership, disciplined execution, cross-functional influence, and the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team of marketers. This Group Product Director will report to the Director of Marketing, Neuroscience Schizophrenia.

Core Responsibilities

Coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive culture and strengthening marketing capabilities.

Shape and execute U.S. HCP marketing strategies, professional education priorities, and omnichannel initiatives to enhance customer engagement and maximize brand performance.

Champion data-driven decision making and proactively adjust strategy using market research, analytics, and field insights.

Lead and advance Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy to inform customer insights and support professional education priorities.

Continuously advance core marketing fundamentals, including insight generation, segmentation, co-positioning, message and creative development, and impact measurement.

Partner closely with the CAPLYTA® brand team to develop and execute a cohesive schizophrenia portfolio strategy with clear alignment across priorities, messaging, and field execution.

Manage the agency-of-record relationship and other agency/vendor partners to deliver high-quality HCP tactics on strategy, on time, and within budget.

Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure seamless execution, field readiness, pull-through, and feedback loops that improve customer engagement and business impact.

Optimize resource allocation and investment decisions to maximize performance and return on investment.

Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance, and Global Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and compliant execution.

Support the Director of Marketing with business review meetings, including preparing strategic updates, synthesizing performance insights, and ensuring clear follow-up on key leadership decisions.

Champion responsible and compliant adoption of AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights, improve efficiency, enhance content development workflows, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education

BA/BS required; MBA preferred.

Required

Minimum of 8 years of relevant commercial experience, including marketing and/or sales in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment across matrixed organizations.

Demonstrated track record of business results, strong marketing competencies, and learning agility with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new approaches.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and translate insights into focused execution.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for an executive audience.

Experience leading or partnering with sales teams to drive field execution and customer engagement.

Ownership mindset, combining strategic thinking with resourcefulness, agility, and a bias for action.

Experience managing external agency partners and vendor deliverables.

Preferred

3+ years of people management experience.

In-line marketing experience (professional and/or consumer).

Sales and/or sales leadership experience.

Psychiatry, Neuroscience, or CNS therapeutic area experience.

Ability to motivate, lead, and influence across levels and functions.

Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and responsible application to enhance effectiveness, inform strategic decision-making, and improve execution.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week, with two days per week working from home.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
