About the Job

The Field Platforms Operations Lead role is a part of the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC), Customer Facing Capabilities (CFC), CRM & Enablers team. The GTMC organization drives best-in-class capabilities and brings value and excellence in commercial operations. The GTMC organization is a key part of the modernization of Sanofi and allows all business operations efforts to be focused on Sanofi "Take the Lead" priorities across products, markets, and pipelines. It accomplishes these goals through realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools, operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit by speeding up the decision making process.

This role serves as the technical authority for OneCRM US field platform operations, leading the strategic vision for CRM operations, data governance, and platform evolution. This leader designs and implements scalable operational solutions that support multi-brand, multi-market launch requirements, ensuring enterprise-wide CRM performance, data integrity, and continuous platform transformation.

This position will work closely with CRM & Enablers Team members in the US, US-based stakeholders, Hyderabad HUB resources, contracted system enhancement resources, Sr. Field Management, the Workday Team, select vendors (i.e. Hibbert), other GTMC pillars, Veeva, and Sanofi Digital to lead the end-to-end design, governance, and evolution of OneCRM US field platform operations. This leader serves as a strategic partner across the OneCRM US ecosystem, influencing platform direction, data governance standards, and operational frameworks that underpin enterprise-wide CRM performance.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the strategic vision and operational roadmap for OneCRM US field platform operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise CRM standards and business priorities

Influence platform strategy and technical architecture decisions across OneCRM US, shaping long-term CRM evolution and downstream system integration

Serve as the technical authority for CRM data governance, establishing standards, policies, and frameworks that ensure data integrity across the OneCRM US ecosystem

Drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, influencing data quality standards across multiple business units and downstream systems

Design and implement scalable CRM operational solutions that support multi-brand, multi-market launch requirements across the OneCRM US ecosystem

Architect end-to-end operational frameworks and processes that scale with organizational growth and platform evolution

Lead and mentor the field platforms operations team, providing technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and career development support

Drive capability building across the broader CRM operations community through structured knowledge sharing and best practice development

Partner with Platform, Digital, and Business teams to influence technical decisions on incoming platform requests and CRM enhancements

Influence senior stakeholder priorities and resource strategies across multiple concurrent launch projects and business units

Lead transformation of CRM operational processes, driving adoption of modern approaches and establishing performance measurement frameworks

Investigate and remediate escalated inquiries, applying technical expertise to resolve complex issues and prevent recurrence through systemic process improvements

Drive cross-functional collaboration across partner GTMC US teams, ensuring operational strategies are integrated with platform and business initiatives

The CRM & Enablers Team is a part of the GTMC organization in the US. The CRM & Enablers Team strives to support our business customer facing teams by delivering innovative CRM capabilities that are timely, reliable, accurate, and constantly improving. We focus on our customers, both brand teams and customer facing teams, to adapt our CRM platform and operational systems to meet their needs. Our efforts to streamline and maintain OneCRM US bring value and impact to the organization by reducing the manual workload on our customer facing teams, by providing accurate activity data back to reporting systems, and acting as the nexus of data flow to and from Sanofi data systems. This team operates as a strategic partner to the business, driving platform excellence and enabling field force effectiveness at enterprise scale

About the Candidate

This candidate has a demonstrated track record of leading technical teams, influencing enterprise platform strategy, and designing scalable operational solutions across multiple business units and product launches. They bring deep expertise in CRM operations, data governance, and field platform management, combined with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into enterprise-wide operational frameworks. This leader has experience architecting CRM solutions, driving process transformation, and building organizational capability at scale. They are skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex matrix environments, and shaping platform strategy across concurrent launch programs. Strong English communication skills and availability to engage with US stakeholders with significant operational hour overlap are essential.

Ideal Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (Project Management Masters or MBA preferred)

7+ years of progressive CRM operations and field platform experience with demonstrated leadership

7+ years of experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals

Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving strategic operational initiatives across enterprise-scale programs

Experience in solution architecture for CRM platforms and operational frameworks

Advanced expertise in data governance, data quality standards, and enterprise data management

Advanced skills in managing senior stakeholder relationships across business units and multiple launch projects

Experience influencing enterprise-wide platform strategy and operational approaches

Strong knowledge and experience with Veeva CRM, Agile processes, and field force management systems

A keen eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to deliver on these opportunities

Clear communication skills with the ability to explain not only the requirements and the "ask", but also the "why" with credibility

Motivated, energetic, and a respected contributor who engages and elevates others

Ability to change behaviors to evolve to the company's strategies and initiatives
