We are looking for a Field Medical Advisor for our Immunology portfolio in Romania, Bucharest:
General information regarding the job
• To be a therapeutic area scientific expert, responsible for discussing our products, patients’ treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic areas in which we are involved, on a peer-to-peer basis with a defined audience of Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers, Board Members of Scientific Societies, and other stakeholders) and to be considered a trusted scientific counterpart and partner.
• To maximize company product value through high scientific quality communication with Leading Specialists on a peer-to-peer basis with a min 80% presence in the field. Through activities in line with the Medical Affairs Plan, the Field Medical Advisor is jointly responsible for the realization of short-term and long-term company goals.
• This Role is NOT eligible for sales incentives.
Key responsibilities
• To keep abreast of medical and scientific knowledge.
• Identify evolving scientific concepts with future clinical implications.
• Development and maintenance of a contact network with Leading Specialists.
• Develop and execute an external stakeholder management plan in close collaboration and coordination with other functions including: MAF, Medical Education, GCO, HEMAR, PV, Commercial.
• Communicate the value of company products, contribute to e.g. market access activities and formulary discussions.
• Through scientific interactions, champion the medical value of our products fairly based on the risk-benefit profile of our drugs and contribute to the fostering of innovative approaches.
• Represent the company to other therapeutic area stakeholders including professional associations and patient organizations in cooperation with field Medical Affairs Advisor/Medical Affairs Manager/Medical Affairs Lead/Medical Affairs Director.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific queries from customers for approved products and products/indications in development, based on Medical Affairs and Medical Information documents, in accordance with the timelines mentioned in TV-SOP-18030.
• Organization and participation in Medical Education activities.
• Act as a reference point for Sales Representatives for any scientific query, in collaboration with Medical Information as appropriate.
• Awareness of and adherence to the International Health Care Business Integrity Guide and related procedures, and to all local regulations and Codes of Conduct.
• Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values.
• 100% compliant with company reporting processes.
Main interactions
• Internal: Marketing, Medical Affairs, Area Sales Manager, Sales Reps, HEMAR, PV, Clinical Research Associate, and any other field-based functions in their area.
• External: HCPs, Medical and scientific associations.
The location of the activities specific to the position
The Field Medical Advisor role is an office (20%) and field- based role (80%).
Job requirements
• Innovative, able to work in a matrix and coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment.
• Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values and International Health Care Business Integrity Guide.
• University degree in Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or other related Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of English language (fluent speaking and writing).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
L192.000,00 - L309.350,00
